My massage consists mainly of Swedish technique but also focuses on the pressure points which is used in Shiatsu.

Massage is the manipulation of tissues and is used to promote relaxation and rehabilitation on the entire body. 

Other techniques are incorporated like the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Hot stones.

All massage techniques  are unique and focus on the individual needs for a very relaxing and therapeutic experience.

It can help increase Serotonin, Dopamine and Oxytocin to elevate your mood and boost your general health.

Heated Bamboo massage

Whether you're looking to relax, improve circulation or simply try something new, a warm bamboo massage is a lovely experience.

The different range and sizes of heated bamboo can provide a wonderful relaxing or deep tissue treatment.

Treating all areas of the body, kneading and rolling away the tension in the muscles and helping them to relax.

It can help conditions ease pain in the neck, back and shoulders and heavy aching legs.

It can help increase circulation, aid lymphatic drainage, help relax the nervous system and firm and tone skin.

Reiki Massage

Both Reiki and massage is a popular combination.

When used together it can reduce stress, ease pain, improve circulation and relax and loosen muscles. While the massage focuses on the body, Reiki focuses on the mind and balancing energy.

Hot stones can also be included and are placed on the major Chakra centres to allow the healing energy to enter and the negative energy to withdraw.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a part of my massage therapy

It is not charged as extra as I believe it is part of the holistic experience. All oil is professionally pre-blended.

I also use Tropic products in my treatments and can arrange for customers to order product for themselves.

Reiki 

is a Japanese technique that channels energy through the palms to promote healing and balance. It helps to balance energy centres and encourages harmony and inner peace.

It can help with better sleep, reduce anxiety, boost your mood, reduce aches and pains, increase energy and improve blood circulation.

Crystals can also be used by placing them on or around the seven Chakra points to help restore balance.

Radiant facial and Indian face massage.

Known as a natural face lift massage it differs from a normal facial massage. 

The technique used is very precise and small. Careful movements work the entire map of the face, massaging acupressure points along the head, neck and shoulders.

It is said to help slow down the aging process, reduce wrinkles and radiate skin. Sinus trouble can be reduced as certain applications of pressure can help simulate and drain the lymph reducing headaches and helping sleep.

Hot stones

By using Hot stones in addition to the hands, it can penetrate deeper into the tissues and muscles.

Applying heat to the body also helps circulation and relieve pain and tension.

It is a great way to treat an aching muscle as well as being deeply relaxing.

Reflexology

 

Reflexology is a relaxing treatment that involves applying differing amounts of pressure to the feet. It can help with  pain and stress relief amongst other benefits.

Your feet are connected to your organs and body systems. By applying pressure and using certain massage techniques it can offer a range of health benefits.

Different body parts correspond with different pressure points in the feet.
